Madeline's Street food features cuisine indigenous to the stunning shores of the Mediterranean Sea, from Morocco and Southern Europe to the west, to Lebanon, Turkey and Syria to the east. The seaside towns and villages of the region have, for eons, hosted open air markets in which locals and travelers alike could sell and trade their wares. Naturally, food vendors are common, providing local favorites for folks perusing the markets. Most of these delicacies, such as meat kebabs, falafel, various dips with flat breads, etc, are eaten with your hands. That's where we come in; we're kind of into that. Mike learned all of his recipes from his Lebanese mom and sitty (grandma). It's authentic!
